Good point, what you're asking to be solved is relevant.

My chiropractor helps my lupus and herniated discs but not my Fibromyalgia

I went to a chiropractor for 20 years. If you go to a good one that uses his hands, he will really help you. I never had acupuncture, but I did go to a holistic neurologist who practiced that. He said with fibromyalgia, he felt, it would aggravate the problem not help. Instead, he taught me biofeedback, I learned how to mentally handle my pain. Ignore most of it. Move it to where I can manage it. It has been my best help for the last 30 years.

I have been doing acupuncture for about a year now and it has helped some! It really helps me most when my muscles get super tight. If you do try it, I’d recommend at least a 2-3 sessions before you make any judgement. Best of luck!

If I pray to anyone, I pray to my chiropractor.
