I've had to or mistakenly missed meds. I had bad brain zaps even after I restarted. The only thing that helped was lots of vitamin C. I keep the gummies around just in case. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I stopped Lexapro and Wellbutrin cold turkey almost 3 months ago. It was awful, and I absolutely don't recommend it! 1 gained weight, and I have body I ssues. That's why I freaked out. Withdrawing from the medication was bad, bbjt not nearly as bad as eating everything in sight, and being so.mean! I didn't recognize myself on that stuff. I'm back on Trintellix now. And I'm so much better!. Please seek medical advice before stopping any medication. ❤️

Had the worst withdrawal symptoms from going cold turkey off my depression meds due to running out of them during a snow storm. I felt like I had the flu but it was only the withdrawal effects. Different medicine will act differently with different people tho.

oh it was terrible going off the Lexapro! I had terrible withdrawal symptoms! Headache, extreme nausea, irritability, insomnia etc. But being on it was 100 times worse for me.

withdraws from effexor give me major ‘brain zaps’ lol, almost like little zaps of dizziness that are very short lived but super weird
