Abnormal Ammonia Levels in Blood

I suffer from abnormal ammonia level in my blood. I take 70 cc of lactalose 3x daily sometimes. I have to have a suppository. I also have to have my blood drawn once a week. I've been unresponsive 5 times. my levels we're 83 last week now it's 63 still high

I follow a low protein diet to keep my ammonia levels low. (40-50g of protein per day). Also when my levels are extremely high (over 150-200) they put me on dialysis. Have they ever done this for you?
