Weight loss would cure me or lessen pcos. Nope still the same and according to blood work my pcos didn’t effect that part of my life other than the weight gain really normal insulin and all that jazz

I wasn't diagnosed for 7 years. I had extreme cramps, super irregular periods, the whole 9 yards. As soon as I switched doctors, they immediately got me through the dx process and within a month I was diagnosed. I've had an iud for 2 years now and my periods and pain are gone.

That it was my fault and if I just dieted and exercised better (which I’m limited on due to chronic pain - she clearly didn’t read my chart!!) I would feel better. #readmychart #victimblaming 😂
