Abdominal Pain and Diarrhea: Anyone Else?

I get doubled over abdominal pain sometimes with excess gas and always diarrhea to follow. It nearly makes me pass out. Anyone else?

Once in high school I did pass out with these symptoms, so I understand! I hope you find some relief.

Sounds like a vasovagal response. Do you also have dysautonomia or POTS?

I have tried the at home self check POTS test. But I passed it. So I'm not sure if that would mean I defensively don't have it or if there are exceptions to that rule

For me it's always stress related when it happens I have anxiety as well so if it's bad I've learn to be very careful what I eat. No eggs no dairy. Hope this helps.

I have IBS-D. The only thing that's worked for me was to take sips of mixture of a bit of baking soda and water

It happens because when you poop your blood pressure rises and goes out. Therefor less blood in your head. Many people have died on the toilet straining too hard actually. It’s common for people to pass out trying too hard to poop. Just be careful and it’ll be okay🤞🏻
