      I have a compression material workout waist trainer corset tank top thingy and I feel like it helps me when I'm standing for long periods or exercising

      I used high waisted compression leggings. I have found some on Amazon (I just look at reviews and order a few to try and return if I don’t like the fit) and I have recently tried Old Navy for high waisted compression leggings and like them so far! Haven’t found just an abdominal binder I like yet.

      I wear compression socks/stockings & high waisted compression tights. I know the socks work. I’m not sure about the tights, because my POTS is comorbid with so many other issues 🤷🏻‍♀️

      I haven’t worn an abdominal binder but I do wear high waisted compression leggings and they help tremendously. I don’t like wearing the thigh highs or socks but I’m comfortable in leggings and they help. I have POTs and ncs. I ordered mine off Amazon
