does anyone else have problems with time management and self-care? I was a drug addict for almost a decade and now that I'm off the drugs....I feel so lost. like I've lost myself and my motivation to live a normal life

I have almost 4 years clean. This December I'll have 4 years and there are days I loose track of time for self care. But also having a good support system helps a lot when I need help to make time for self care.
