Need help with losing weight

I would love to be able to find a group of people that want to chat every couple days and be able to hold each other accountable. For me that seems to be the best thing but paying the money out for weight watchers is that something that I can do. It's also very hard to lose weight when you're getting food from a pantry for you only have $60 for the food stamps you can't land up buying things that stretch out for the whole month and that's rice potatoes but one step at a time right

Try classes at the gym. Working out in a group helps with motivation
