Need help with dry skin due to Hypothyroidism

I have recently been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and am currently on 75mcg. I have really dry skin, especially on my facial cheek area. Any suggestions to help with this please? Already spent a fortune on moisturisers and serums to no avail! Cheers!
