I’ve started using a THC/CBD cream that has relieved so much of the muscle pain I get from overworked muscles. If anyone has some favorites please share!

Thc doesn't relive my pain but cbd definitely does and I've tried quite a few things. Gummies are pretty good, the more expensive brands are usually better quality as well. Um appalachian standard has some really nice pre-rolls as well. Oo Dr. Bronners' also has an amazing muscle rub! If you vape there are also a lot of cbd options as well.👍
