The Struggles of Mental Health and the Workplace

I don’t like how I have to pay extra for therapy and meds to act more “normal” just to not be able to make friends bc I’m “weird” or keep jobs bc of the stuff I’m taking meds and going to therapy for. My managers didn’t give me any sympathy for what I go through, so why am I expected to not be sour and give them grace for their complete disregard of what I experience? (I no longer work there, I’m just ranting) I’m happy with the life I’ve been given, because, well, life is a wonderful thing, but I hate the mistreatment I’ve had to endure bc of how my brain functions.
