Half a green apple
1 baby cucumber cucumber (peeled)
1 inch of peeled ginger (I like to be generous with this since its great for my stomach)
Small handful of spinach
vanilla Greek yogurt
Coconut cream
Lemon juice
Oat milk
Blend with ice until smooth and creamy. Tasty, healthy, and easy to digest.
