      @UCBree that is sooo true I never wake up automatically thinking about it it’s usually once I get to work Thea phantom symptoms appear it’s so frustrating

      Anxiety convinces us we have all sorts of things wrong with us. We don't. Pay attention to how you feel as soon as you wake up. My guess is you aren't thinking of a brain tumor. That's because you slept, your body knows it is fine, and there are no symptoms. It isn't until we get further into our day that we get those hypochondriac thoughts.
