@UCBree that is sooo true I never wake up automatically thinking about it it’s usually once I get to work Thea phantom symptoms appear it’s so frustrating

That's because you slept, your body knows it is fine, and there are no symptoms. It isn't until we get further into our day that we get those hypochondriac thoughts.
