Feeling Low During the Holidays

Problem is i always feel low but i want christmas to be happy but i just get bored

Yes, having to juggle all the expectations of everyone has just sent me into a 2 week long fibro flare/migraine/depression/insomnia combo. I want Christmas to be magical but it's so much work it feels like an anyiclimax

Yes… the hardest for me are the holidays (and my birthday). I just feel more alone and unlovable during the holiday season. Listening to music or getting “lost” in a telly series or indie film are temp distractions. Btw, I felt compelled to respond bc I LOVE the film Velvet Goldmine ♥️
