Feeling Torn Apart: Dealing with Emotional Pain

I understand that. It's hard not to feel that way. The more times you go through it and come out the other side, the easier it gets to remember that it's temporary. I still have very scary moments have to fight for my life but I just sit and repeat over and over to myself that this is temporary. It's just a tool to make the depression more bearable so you don't give up.
