Hi everyone. Huge hypochondriac (severe health anxiety) here. My two biggest fears are vomit and Covid-19. My brother (who I live with) just tested positive. I have to continue my life and go to university daily, he will be staying at home. He doesn’t believe covid is as bad as everyone says it is, and so is not quarantining in his room. So I am living in my room - only leaving to use the bathroom and for food. My mental health is at a VERY low point because of this. I have diagnosed trauma from the last time I had Covid-19. This whole event is very stressful for me and I really don’t know what to do with myself. Doesn’t anyone have any advice? I’m at a loss and I can’t stop sobbing.
