Has anyone used BetterHelp? Need advice!

My second one is much better but yeah, it’s probably only useful for people who just need minor help

I started with one when I was under severe stress and I was really relying on our second meeting, she never ended up showing up or even telling me she couldn’t make it. Ended up having a panic attack because of it

I tried betterhelp once. Got a therapist and then she ended up saying she couldn’t help me and offered to refer me to someone else. I told her what times I was available. Said she could do it and then never followed through.

I started with my therapist on BetterHelp but I left when she did and she does her own telehealth now. I didn’t experience problems with betterhelp though! I switched therapists once before I found the one I have now and i’ve been with her for over a year.
