How Have You Been Lately? A Simple Question

Not good. I’m swinging wildly from feeling like the worst person ever and wanting to hurt myself, to feeling like everyone should be grateful for having me around bc I’m the best. I’m starting with a new therapist soon, but I kinda want to cancel the appointment
