I started listening to a podcast called the Happiness Lab. The next day after I started I had so many moments of clarity and peace. It only lasted that day but I call it a win since I had been so anxious and depressed up until that point.
I went to work. That seems really small, but it was really difficult this week. More than usual. What’s really sad is that for the longest time, I loved my job. However, I work in retail and I’m not so great at concealing how I feel at any given time. It doesn’t always go well.

Reorganized my desk at work and got it set up for success as well as making it through an extremely busy/stressful month at work. Only 2 more days, then my 6 days in a row of vacation time! Yayyy 🥳
Have had bad body pain this week. I'm starting to feel better!

@E_belli Thankx! 🤗
I made it through the last 4 days of work! I know that sounds small but I really wasn't sure if I would make it and somehow I did.
@koalaechidna42 yay you!! That's fabulous!!
I hung out with a friend yesterday after isolating myself for the last two weeks and it was actually really lovely and much needed. Hbu?
@CharliXCX hooray you!! I hope you enjoyed!
@CharliXCX That’s awesome!!! A few weeks ago I travelled (on a plane) by myself. Something I never thought I’d be able to do again after a lapse in panic attacks. I’m so glad I did it, even though it wasn’t easy!
@Noelle2772 this is awesome! Congrats!!
@musigal1827 one day is more than no days! 👍🏻
@musigal1827 I found that podcast a few months ago! I haven't really listened to them yet but I'm glad you're having a good experience with them!
