Standing Up Against Family Manipulation

Hey guys. Just a warning this might be super long. I’m in the process of rediscovering my traumas and trying to move past them. A part of this is also standing up for myself against my family. Well I can’t drive for another month because of my seizures and so I’ve had my grandma driving me. Well not anymore. The amount of disrespect and just manipulation she uses on me caused me to blow up on her today. She used the fact that she could drive me over my head so I couldn’t do anything she didn’t like. I’m not giving her that power anymore and honestly I know it was a good decision to be away from her but I feel extremely awful for hurting her even after the about 2 years she’s been hurting me. I just needed to vent and I’m trying to work my therapist into doing an emergency meeting because honestly I might be going to grippy sock jail if I feel worse.
