I'm currently on it for month 3 and I've lost 23 lbs.. Just make sure you drink your water and it will give major dry mouth..

I've been on it for about 2 years. Worked GREAT at first but I've hit a wall and it's not helping at all now. I like the energy it gives me but it makes me kind of sweaty.
