App Misdiagnosed Me with Bipolar Disorder

no they’re not the same thing i’m not sure why it did that but the reply above me makes sense. maybe its bc of the meds you added and it just automatically matched it with a common diagnosis typically associated with it ? not sure

Same thing happened for me, I think it’s because of the medications added. I was put on lithium temporarily after ECT, but I was never diagnosed bipolar and removed it from my profile

I’ve had this kind of thing happen at doctors offices “it says you have x condition” which I do not have. Some doctor probably wrote it in and didn’t tell you at one point. Talk to your pcp to make sure it isn’t on the main medical records and it’s just some note somewhere

@blackwidowwannabe idk if there is i couldn't find one, i just transferred my stuff from my medical records (which don't have bipolar anywhere on them). maybe i just miss clicked on it when i was setting up my profile? i just thought i would bring it up in case anyone else has something added to their profile by mistake

Is there an area that suggests what conditions you may have? I’m new as well but I haven’t seen that. I know we were able to choose our conditions
