I don't know. I've been told I'll be on some type of meds for the rest of my life for my depression and anxiety. I've been dealing with these issues all my life and in and out of hospitals as well.
Maybe…and if you do, that’s okay! Try to take things one day at a time. I’m going to have to be on meds for the rest of my life and I have accepted that it’s what I need to do to be a functioning and healthy person.
