i hate those moments where i know i'm going to have to have an important conversation and i overthink it. will they hate me after all is said and done? will they understand where i'm coming from? what if i hurt their feelings, even without the intention of doing so? i know i have to talk things out or else it'll keep building up and become worse. but it's just so hard to think about.
