Does anyone else feel like they’ve lost the ability to enjoy things? Very few things stir up a positive emotional response in me (and those things are usually short-term gratifying things like eating food and hearing my favorite songs), and just about nothing holds my attention for longer than a handful of seconds. I’ve emphasized this to my therapist and psych. To some degree I’ve felt bored by life as long as I can remember, which is why I have almost no hobbies or interests, which makes it so much more painful trying to relate to people or find meaning.
