@James62 everything I have done I have done on my own as I have not sought medical advice yet. I also use light therapy which is amazing, but the light was expensive and it takes time to do. The only propionate I have used is holobetosol. As for foods, I believe all people can be different, Avocado does not work for me, I cannot eat salami and when I eat sweet foods or alcohol I pay a price and the blow up is not worth it for me to risk. Some of the blow ups take a long time to resolve. I have found prebiotics to be helpful. Removing Dairy from my diet was best move ever. Managing weight and working out affects my skin positively. I think because I feel better about myself. The best thing you can do is to accept this for the time being, and do the things you know will help you. Currently my skin is the best it has ever been, which I attribute to not stressing out, and being vigilante in what I eat and continuing to work out and manage weight control.

I have not ever found a food to slow the skin plaque but use of a Hot Tub using a chlorine s Water treatment, salts for water softening and Hydrocortisone or Betamethasone Dipropionate add comfort and help reduce until the next flare.

@Pvros I’m doing clobetasol propionate and halobetasol propionate, going back and forth after my body gets immuned to one. And seems like a good bit of sugars then come out and grow more! But I have a sweet tooth or two…
