Thereā€™s actually a whole host of things it could be! Do you have any other issues related to stuff like that or is this just a random thing you have a problem with?

@Sydie_Bear I have bad bowels issues on my period and my period had gotten worse too. I think it could be endometriosis but I don't want to diagnose myself šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

@NiiTA combined with the fact that you have pmdd on your profile and endometriosis has a bit of a comorbidity I wouldnā€™t actually rule it out. Thereā€™s also a pretty significant comorbidity for IBS and endo too! Self diagnosis isnā€™t bad if it is giving you the tools or care that you need to feel better (especially if youā€™re a woman of color which is my assumption based on your emoji, youā€™re already less likely to get listened to) so donā€™t feel bad about doing it or suspecting. Does this only happen around your period or does it just get worse, because if itā€™s only around your period my guess is pelvic inflammation and bowel inflammation from your pmdd. I have severe pmdd and both things happen to me around my period!
