Does anyone else feel like they just have no motivation to do anything? Even getting out of bed is a chore to me. 😔

Absolutely! It's the worst part of this depression/anxiety/whatever is wrong with me.... I'm not necessarily sad or even knowingly super worried about anything... I'm just numb... I can't get myself off the couch. It's not laziness, it's just lack of will and I'm not sure what to do about it.
