I can't sleep... I'm exhausted and I can't stop yawning but when I lay down I just can't fall asleep. I slept earlier for maybe 3-4 hours but I woke up at 2 in the morning and I've been up since, im so tired though and I actually have plans for later today but I dont know if I can do it when I'm not getting sleep. I have to pick someone up today at around 11 and its almost 8 now so I can't just take sleeping pills like usual. any other ways to help me sleep other than pills?
