For me personally, it helps A LOT. I get so so cold and my joints and muscles start to hurt even more as I get colder. For me, staying warm with my blankets helps me move easier, makes my joints and muscles hurt less and just makes me overall more comfortable. And we all know how difficult that is. I have a heating blanket in my bed and another on my couch.
