Hi! I’m new on here but am wondering if anyone was also recently hospitalized. I was hospitalized three times last year and I’m afraid it’s getting bad again but I really don’t want to go back. I was having a mixed episode and now it’s just a lot of depression (I recently went through a breakup as well) just looking for people who are going through something similar. And any tips for avoiding another hospitalization :)
