I thought I could do working full time and grad school part time. I am being in pulled in so many directions. I have no time for myself. I don't know if I can do this anymore. The job with traveling. The school with no professors who believe in me. But I want the degree, I want to reach my goals. But now I feel like death. I don't know what to do. But I can't do this anymore, my brain just doesn't wanna go on with this kind of life.

I obviously don’t know your situation but what helps me is reminding myself that no one will do things for me. I have myself and only myself to rely on and it encourages me to keep trying when things get hard. But don’t forget to take care of yourself even if it’s simply taking a longer shower than usual or getting dressed up or even watching tv eating a tub of icecream. Whatever makes you feel better and calm take the extra time to do it and you’ll start to feel a little better. We deserve breaks to.

I always suggest planning for a lower energy schedule especially when starting something in a new environment so you can better get used to it and to give yourself growing room. You don't just drop a fish in a new tank suddenly, for you that new tank is a new and unknown variety of stressors and responsibilities.

grad school can wait. your mental health comes first. if that’s a mess then everything is a mess.
If I can visually see what I have coming, I feel I manage better and then I can adjust a little better with the unexpected curve balls on the daily.
Hey love! I understand. On the school end, I have no idea what I want to do. As for my job, I feel I got lucky. I believe it's more of my life at home and relationship that pull me apart. But I can say that writing has helped me a lot. I try my best to write down everything
You're incredibly strong and smart. Realizing you need a break is so good. Take a semester off if you can. Or if you can afford to drop a class and retake it next semester, etc. Also make sure you surround yourself with supportive friends and family. If you don't have that, well, guess I'm family now. HI.
You are so strong for taking on so much, but it’s okay if you need a break you’re just as strong, if not stronger for realizing it.
