My Ex Told Me I'm Not Worth Anything

My husband told me that when I was married to him. We went to counseling together and he told the counselor since I can no longer do the work because I’m disabled that I’m to good for him anymore. Now he is my ex-husband.

Honestly, I would have to say that your ex is the one with the problem not you. When someone is that insensitive and insecure that they have to put a person down like that, especially one they once had a significant relationship with, then they are definitely more of a problem. You are worth way more than that. You should be proud of yourself for not responding even though I'm sure it really hurt.
