I just asked to see another therapist and when I figured out the other one was just like the first I left that place to find better I went through 3 before I found a really good one that after a couple sessions felt like I was talking to an old friend

My advice is to just keep trying different ones until you find the right fit. It can definitely take awhile, but it’s so worth it when you find the right person!
I don't have the best advice because I'm in a small town I don't have as many resources, but don't give up on finding one. If you don't feel right with one move on, sticking with someone you don't work well with isn't worth it.

I was a therapist before I became disabled. I have ab really hard time finding a therapist I could work with. I think I finally have. Still, therapy is hard.
Use the website psychology today. There's tons of different therapists. You can filter specifics as to what you would like to have in a therapist
