i woke up this morning with a crazy amount of tiny bumps that almost look like freckles all over my face. i have very faint freckles that only come out at very high temperatures, and its only february so its not that. the only thing i can think thats caused it is my skincare routine that ive been actively implementing every day for a good 5 weeks now, but i dont feel like it would take this long for an allergic reaction. i have keratosis pilaris on my body but ive never had it on my face and im quite unsettled. help?
