One Comment Ruined My Night

yep, guys at work said NOPE was really bad and i got hit with bpd rageTM immediately, bc I wanted to see it and I wanted it to be good! now it's tainted.

It is frustrating. Personally I don't sit quietly but instead state how they're comment upset me and if for some reason I can't/ ell them, I immensely discuss it with someone I can tell

Same, I hate how some people can have control over me like this.

I get that, it gets even worse if you're self aware after therapy and have to just sit there faking everything. Gets old.

I had a similar experience the other night when we went to a movie and the first thing he said when it ended was "that movie sucked" and in my mind I guess the whole night was ruined 😕
