Depression in the third age is a familiar thing. It also has a lot to do with the fact that many people your age around you are already sick and sometimes even passed away. It's also sometimes related to the loneliness felt due to the change in a family unit and the fact that the children are already grown up and busy with their families. I suggest you go to your family doctor and talk to him about it, I'm sure he will be able to help you.

I have not felt any love for so long. I watch the Hallmark channel where it always ends with a happy ending, I would love to have one day where mine ends like that. 🙏 I am with know one who has any real feelings for me, I just want to be loved and respected and to give back to them my love and respect.
