Just signed up. Don't know why I'm here but it was a suggested app so thought I'd try it out. Kinda like a social media but make it medical, right? šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

      Sort of. Alike is more an app for connecting with people who've had similar experiences, and getting and giving advice and support.

      I've found that sometimes helping to encourage others helps me. I've always been a caregiver, and this is the closest I can get right now

        @sorenachy same here. The wait time for questions kinda sucks. But to be honest I mostly enjoy seeing that there are other people like me. Im not alone. And that simple fact is enough to keep me going for awhile

          @kittykitty Social media is also a much more broad term though, that includes mainly entertainment apps and news and photos and other things. Though connecting is a big part of social media too, so I guess the post isn't really wrong lol.
