      Are you wanting to get diagnosed? if so, there's lots of ways you can bring it up to your PCP

      My family believes that I can live with my mental illnesses, but I haven't had a diagnosis either. And idk if I want any bc I'm afraid of what happens next.

      If you're wanting to get a diagnosis. you can get a referral to a diagnostic specialist from your primary care physician. I found that my life improved after my diagnosis, maybe yours would too.
