Looking for advice on using Vitex and Metformin for fertility

I tried vitex to regulate PMDD stuff. For me, it had a weird effect on my mood - and it was independent of any life events going on. I do know ppl who’ve had good experience with Vitex. I’d just keep a track of your mood while you’re on it for a month or two to see if it has a good/bad effect.

I was told that Vitex may help to women with high prolactin levels, that isn’t the case for me
