      I've been having this every night. About an hour into falling asleep i will wake up with horrible panic attacks. I'm shaky, my heart races, I feel tense. I've yet to find a way to manage it.

          @Foxhead It definitely can. It happens almost every night. I hate going to sleep because I know I am going to jolt awake in panic and it's going to ruin my sleep anyway.
