      @depresso It depends. Different meds work for different people. For me, I have 4 parts of my depression treatment. 1. Lexapro pill daily 2. Spravato nasal spray weekly 3. ECT (every other week for now) 4. Counseling weekly

      I haven't tried it, but I've met quite a few people who said it really changed their life for the better, but from what I know it's kind of a last resort if more conventional therapy and medications failed.
