Did weight loss improve your hypoglycemia symptoms?

my symptoms were about the same. i think it depends on what types of foods you're consuming. :0

My hypo was worse during weight loss (exercise), and once I hit my goal it was still present.

my symptoms have stayed about the same with both weight gain and loss
