I’m thinking about getting a new job. Preferably within my current company, as I really like my coworkers and the way they treat us here, but I don’t get paid enough. Anyway, all that to say, how do you usually bring up your disabilities to your employer/future employer when getting a new job? Do you tell them during the interview, put it on the application, wait until after you’re hired, or just keep it to yourself?
