Hi! I’m hoping I can help some other people with their bipolar and figure out a few things of my own. I spent a long time undiagnosed and it’s wonderful to finally be able to understand my feelings, and my ups and downs.
I did too! I was misdiagnosed & reluctant to being diagnosed due to how my fathers bipolar effected him & how he treated me. Accepting it and being medicated is actually really relieving 🤗
