Help me understand my place on the autism spectrum

From what I’ve heard there isn’t a literal spectrum you can place yourself on. You can describe how autism affects you, like you may have lots of stimulation issues but not need as much support doing daily tasks as someone else might. It manifests in everyone very differently, it can’t really be categorized into neat categories
