Dealing with Loss: My Tough Week

I’m very sorry for your loss, I send you my condolences. I just lost my grandmother about a month ago, it was the first loss of a family member that Ive ever experienced. I think losing a loved one is one of the hardest thing a person has to go through, and it sucks but eventually we all have to go through it. I find myself having regrets about things I did and didn’t do. But something someone told me that helped a bit was that you can’t keep worrying about the “what ifs,” otherwise you won’t be able to move on or feel better. I hope this kind of helps.
