does anyone else have quite a few days where you're fine but then get really depressed randomly (mostly at night) and feel like crying but can't?

      Yes definitely. I think it has to do with dissociation. I try to ground myself so that I can get it out. This can take hours though. After I cry I feel much better. Sometimes on top of the world. I hope you’re able to feel a little relief soon ❤️

      Happens to me! Especially at night. I hate feeling the need to cry but being physically unable to. You are definitely not alone

      i feel that but usually in the morning, like i wake up with a boulder on my chest and fog in my brain even though i thought i removed both a while ago
