Venlaflaxine (Effexor) works great for me! Been on it since 2016. Others I’ve tried or Zoloft, celexa, lexapro. They each wore off or had some side effects that needed me to transition off. Venlaflaxine is the only one that I’ve been able to stay on for a few years now :)

propranolol is pretty great 👍
Fluvoxamine has been great for me- that is mainly prescribed for OCD but helps with general anxiety and depression too. Most recently I started lamotrigine which helps stabilize my mood.
Lol I’m posting back here cuz my meds change so want to offer more up to date info: I struggled with withdrawals from Lexapro so my dr is switching me to Zoloft. Lexapro helped when I was a kid and had a lot of anxiety, but now I have more depression than anxiety, so the Zoloft is helping with that. I will also add, cuz no one ever told me this, that my dr said people do EKG/heart rate check when on Lexapro. I never had this done, but tbh makes sense in hindsight. SSRIs make u sensitive to caffeine and I definitely had palpitations after a cup of coffee while be on Lexapro. Nothing dangerous I don’t think, but wish someone told me that back then
Bupropion worked really well for me too, but it was messing with my heart so I had to go off of it. Lexapro didn’t work as well as Prozac or bupropion.
Prozac was a godsend for me.
Lexapro is GODLY !!! It fr saved my life. I also take .25 mL of CBD oil twice a day and it’s helped manage my anxiety attacks a lot !!
For me bupropion was a real super hero. I'm not on it anymore, but it was an absolute rescue when I needed it and I feel like compared to a lot of other options the list of side effects was low and I can't really remember having many.

I take trazadone and prazosin too. Message me if you want to know the mg. Ok!? Hope this helps!!! 🤗 🤗 ❤️ ❤️
i take zoloft 250mg, buspar 60mg, trazodone 75mg, and prazosin 2mg. it seems to be the right cocktail for me finally
Lexapro. You’re numb/groggy for a few days to a week at first. Then I leveled out. Every dose change is a few groggy days.

Prestique, Valium and trazadone.
Sertraline & Trazodone until I chose to stopped with the approval of my Dr's (psychiatrist therapist & social worker)
lexapro (has been 20mg for a few years, just bumped to 25) and wellbutrin 300mg. lexapro is for depression and anxiety, wellbutrin is for depression - i’m also on a small dose of seroquel at nighttime for nightmares (which is supposed to work well with the lexapro for anxiety/mood as well)

bupropion (has helped a lot) , and duloxetine. the worst has been prozac which was like swallowing and sugar pill, and lexapro which made me feel like a numb emotionless zombie
Fluoxetine and Vitamin D3 have been super helpful
a combination of zoloft and focalin (i now take adderal instead). might not be the best combination for most but thats what has worked for me. I am currently on a much lower dose of zoloft than I used to be :)
A combination of fluoxetine (serotonin reuptake inhibitor) and rexulti (antidepressant) Also, 2 or 3 drops of CBD oil
The combination of Bupropion 300mg, and Trileptal 150mg.
i was already on prozac and lexapro and they both made everything so much worse.
I'm on half a dose because I'm sensitive to medication
I'm on Zolft right now. Taking a half a dose and I feel a lot more stable than before
The combination of cymbalta and abilify have helped me the most
