Struggling with GED Classes and Self-Doubt

So I'm Working towards getting my GED and I'm in classes rn. It might have something to do with me being out of school for 4 years but I always end up with a headache and being tired afterwards. Maybe I would like a little bit more recognition from my family even though I feel like my dad and stepmoms escape goat but that's a ramble for another time. But when I'm at home doing my work with no help I can barely make it 20 minutes and so my wonderful voice in the back of my head is telling me I'm dumb and the teacher says that we should try and do 2 hours a day. Also in the beginning when I was doing evaluation tests I was confident about taking the ged test but now not as much. yeah that's my life now ps it probably doesn't help that at home I have more distractions like 3 dogs and one of them turns one in March. pps thank you for listening to my ted talk
