Just wanted to share some happy news! I was able to go out of town and visit my best friend in LA and not get glutened! She researched GF restaurants in her area, but most importantly took me grocery shopping so I could feel safe and comfortable eating the food in her home. We had meals that were cooked or served in a way that allowed for no cross contamination. I think itās easy to feel like we canāt do anything anymore because of gluten, but thereās hope! Finding those kinds of friends/family is certainly a privilege, but it still made me happy enough to share š„°
Good! Iām so glad to hear that. I love the āFind Me GFā app when Iām traveling. And I always have a food stash bag or go to the store.
I was hoping you were talking about Louisiana because Iām craving some Cajun & creole goodness rn
